Our team provides marine concrete repair,  underwater concrete repair , and  marine structure restorationservices to facility operators, port authorities of waterfront, and inland waterway locations that include, Ports, Wharves, seawalls, Docks, and Terminal structures exposed to marine environmental elements.  Epoxy Design Systems, with engineers owners or operators can perform a thorough inspection of the distressed structures caused by chemical spills, overload, the elements / deterioration due to lack of maintenance,  incidents caused by any type of external forces, physical or natural  and vessel impact damage.

Epoxy Design Systems provides marine structure restoration and a well-defined construction scope of work to owners, prioritizing the magnitude of distress to structures, performing routine structural repair or upgrades, including installation of pile jackets, application of shotcrete, strengthening of structure using CFRP and special repair by providing galvanic zinc anode and spray on metalizing for corrosion control.

The elimination of water infiltration into commodity storage structures such as silos and bins causing molds and mildews to perishable agriculture items can be controlled by chemical injection using USDA approved products, sealing cracks and applying breathable elastomeric UV resistant coatings.
